Kelci is another Boise area baddie (woot woot) who is best known for being the Founder and CEO of Sherose, a marketing agency, consultancy and education platform that’s actually so much more.

Okay, let’s get into the good stuff!
Tell us about your business. What do you do? What's your speciality?
Sherose’s specialty is uplifting and empowering female entrepreneurs to achieve their biggest, most audacious goals. We do that by helping them market their company with ingenious ideas and education-backed strategies. We also host events like retreats and monthly networking meet-ups to gather powerful women together to connect, collaborate and grow as a collective group.
When did you decide to become a business owner?
I was tired of working for someone else with no recognition. I didn't feel appreciated and I was underpaid. I had always wanted to start my own company, so I just took the leap! Ask anyone close to me and they'll tell ya that once I set my mind to something I'll do it even if I'm risking things (finances seem to be the thing I risk most often) LOL.
When did you start your business?
I started Sherose in July of 2018.
What do you aim to accomplish with your business?
Sherose is a marketing agency, consultancy, and education platform that helps passionate entrepreneurs and companies boost their brand, amplify their awareness, and multiply their revenue through connection-based marketing and community events.
What motivates your work?
I want women to realize that they are capable of achieving their wildest dreams! I want to help them see their full potential while giving them everything they need in order to get to where they want to go.
I geek out on...
Design and literally anything creative. I love putting together plans and ideas for creative things!
This year, I really want to...
…transition the feeling that my business owns me to "I own my business" with organization, having the right team, strategy, and automation.
A typical Sunday for me includes…
Coffee date with my husband on our couch, going to the grocery store to gather food for the week, taking the dogs on a walk, meal prepping for the week, watching a movie or our favorite TV show to end the night.
My simple pleasures are…
Going on a walk with the dogs.
A delicious cup of coffee.
Curling up on the couch with candles lit and a trash TV show on (big Kardashian fan over here)!
A random fact I love is…
LOL.... this is hard - You are an average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, so choose wisely!
