You’re an empire and need a finance team to partner with that can fully support and guide you through this venture and your future expansions, because you have big goals and we’ll hit them together.

Katelyn and team become key members of your admin team - handling financials, helping with projections, “big brain” questions, and more. This is a true Freelance CFO role.

Includes:

Assistance with HR, new employee onboarding, job offer creation, benefits administration and compliance.
Hubdoc subscription - this warehouses all of your receipts and bank statements.
Top to bottom bookkeeping - weekly and monthly.
Creation and filing of 1099s - up to 10/year.
One, 45-minute call per month to discuss strategy and goals; this includes organization, deductions, paying yourself, reviewing business and personal finances, real estate ventures, team building, etc.
Payroll setup and accounting software integration, as well as S-Corp election, if needed
Payroll maintenance and salary review.
- does not include software fee (approx. $46/month)
On-going needs like renewing business registration, annual business filings, etc.
- This does not include any fees assessed by the state or federal government.
Receipt archiving and matching .
Xero (accounting software) maintenance.
- Does not include the $37/month fee.
Quarterly (2022) and annual tax (2023) preparation services and calculations.
- Includes both business and personal filings.
Unlimited Accountant-in-your-pocket (Voxer) communications.
- VIP Voxer and email replies - expect 24 hours or less during work hours/days.
Access to all course and program materials launched during our contracted agreement period.
